Here's the section for Dupin AI

Enable AI for incoming customer messages:

This option allows the AI to respond to incoming customer messages when activated. With loaded contexts, the AI will be able to generate relevant responses.

Enable AI for the marketplace:

This option is currently under development. It will allow the AI to function within the marketplace, though it's not available yet.

AI Configuration:

  • You can assign a name to your AI to personalize the interaction with customers.
  • Choose between the GPT-3.5 model (more economical) or version 4.0.
  • Specify how many attempts the AI should make if it doesn't understand a message.
  • Define what message the AI should send if it can't understand the customer's message.
  • Decide what to do after the AI has exhausted its attempts, such as routing to a bot, closing the conversation, or routing to a human agent.

API Key Configuration:

Having your own API key will allow Dupin AI to respond more quickly to customer queries. It's not necessary to configure it in this section, but make sure you have it to optimize the speed of AI responses. You can obtain your API key at Openai
