Contacts

In this section, you'll be able to see all the contacts who have ever contacted your number on the platform. You can filter by name, last name, number, email, tags, lifecycle, or sales owner.

At the top right, you'll find additional options such as "Import" (which allows you to import a customer database from a CSV file), "Create Contact" (where you can add contacts to your database), "Add to Broadcasts" (your database will be used for broadcasts), and finally "Select Columns" (you can choose to display more or fewer columns according to your preference).
