Conversation file upload

This section is for uploading a file of up to 5MB, and the supported file extensions are .pdf, .txt, .docx. It's for providing the company's context so that agents can develop artificial intelligence. The process is simple: you upload your file, the agent reads it, and should be trained to provide contexts for the artificial intelligence to respond to queries. You will also be able to see below all the contexts that have been uploaded.
