In this part the results of the filter search appear or, failing that, all the conversations that have been started and closed at some point. Including the number of pages it has and arrows to move between them.

Agent: the names of the agents per communication.

Client: the names of the clients per communication.

Last interaction: date and time of the last message exchange (both agent and client).

Channel: means by which they communicated.
